What forms of payment are accepted?

Can I change or cancel my order?
Requests for changes or cancellations must be made within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, your order may already be processed or shipped and cannot be modified.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number on our Tracking page to follow your order’s journey.
Shipping & Delivery
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are usually processed within 2 to 4 business days (Monday–Friday). After processing, delivery takes an additional 5 to 10 business days (Monday–Friday) once the order has been shipped.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we provide free Standard Shipping for all orders within the following countries: United Kingdom (UK), Australia and United States (USA).
Do you ship internationally?

What if my package is lost or delivered to the wrong address?
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly during checkout. BabyTomTom is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you encounter any issues, contact us, and we’ll do our best to assist.
What should I do if my package is delayed or lost during delivery?
Please contact us at support@babytomtom.com immediately. While BabyTomTom is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer, we will do our best to assist you in working with the shipping carrier to locate your package. If the shipping error is on our side, we will correct the error.
